I'm a residential real estate agent serving the Hampton Roads area, known for a calm, no-pressure approach and a strong focus on clear communication and thoughtful guidance.  I work closely with buyers and sellers to help them navigate the process with confidence understanding, support at every stage.

My approach is shaped by my background.  I grew up in Hawaii and spent over a decade as a federal employee, including time in the U.S. Navy.  During my service, I worked on aircraft carriers supporting the catapult and arresting gear systems - an environment where precision, accountability, and teamwork are essential.  Those experiences taught me the importance of preparation, attention to detail, and staying calm under pressure.
